How to get an account unlocked?

If a user believes their account has been locked by mistake, they can email¬†[email protected] and request us to re-examine the situation as well as present any relevant information. We may determine that the account closure was unwarranted and reinstate a user’s permissions and balance, but this will be at our own discretion and Fluz offers no guarantees as to what will be our final decision.

In most cases, when an account gets locked it will be permanently disabled and will no longer be accessible.
