What is “Pending” cash back?

To ensure we are distributing rewards with the highest level of accuracy, your Easyswipe cash back will go through a brief “pending” process.

Immediately after making an Easyswipe payment, you will receive a push notification showing that our system picked up your credit card transaction. The Easyswipe rewards you have earned will be in a pending state until the transaction has been cleared by your bank and you will receive your cash back after the transaction has been cleared. Please allow up to 7 days to receive the cash back for any in-store transactions.

After the bank has cleared the transaction, your rewards will move from “Pending,” to “Available” meaning you can cash it out if you meet our policies for making withdraws. Check this article for the withdraw policies.
