What you will do

• Represent Fluz, embodying our brand and culture, engaging with users through inbound calls, email, and chat.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues for a positive user experience.
• Investigate and analyze root causes of customer concerns, identifying patterns for service and user experience improvements.
• Collaborate with other Fluz teams, such as Sales and Engineering, relaying user feedback to improve our platform.
• Proactively reach out to users, providing personalized support and nurturing long-lasting relationships.

Technical Requirements

• Strong attention to detail for handling user inquiries with accuracy and care.
• Demonstrated organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility and adaptability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English for effective user interaction.
• At least 2 years of previous customer service or support experience, showcasing empathy and professional issue resolution.
