We are looking for a QA analyst that will work with the engineering team to test all changes prior to launch. They will work with the customer team to support bug fixes and identify technical issues.
What you will do
- Gain a deep understanding of the existing system architecture and the business case
- Setting company technical vision and leading company’s technical development
- Developing strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical, web, and mobile services
- Support In the build out of application features
- Ensuring technology standards and best practices are met
- Monitoring web analytics and making recommendations that align to business goals
- Supervising quality assurance processes, integration, and system tests
- Studying information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Developing and implementing disaster and emergency recovery plans
- Mentoring team members
Technical Requirements
- Work with development team to test all new functionality deployments
- Deep Document any application glitches
- Test all extended functionalities across a host of various devices and operating systems to find all possible bugs with the experience
- Work with development team to constantly evaluate priorities of issues
- Ownership of issue tracking and their resolution
- Support system integrations to identify any problems in that space as well
Personality Requirement:
- Experience with mobile application Quality Assurance
- Experience with testing protocols and documentation
- Strong sense of urgency in a professional setting
- Working with development team to identify bugs and the use case
- Extremely organized and diligent
- Strong process oriented approach to problem solving
- Strong communications skills
Our Tech Stack
Our Mobile application is built with React Native and Apollo on the Front End. Backend is built with Node.JS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Redis deployed on GCP through CI and Docker Images.
