😁 Tell us about yourself and your approach to coaching.
I love being an Executive Coach and Speaker. For most of my life people have been coming to me looking for guidance on solving a challenge or problem they were having. Every job I have ever had including in corporate has related to improving people’s business or life. Coaching came naturally to me. The more I learned and the more experiences I had the more I realized that coaching and speaking are my passion. I have always looked for ways to create better systems, improve on processes and improve efficiencies.
This all lead me to creating my own coaching business and signature programs to support entrepreneurs and corporate executives scale their visions for the businesses and career. I have created a solid foundational process for my approach, while still customizing aspects of my coaching to the needs of each client. Each person comes to me with different needs and at different levels in their business or career. I work with my client as a whole, which means; The focus is on business, however, if other issues arise, I support my clients in finding a solution and that keeps them moving forward.
My coaching includes: Creating and expanding your business/career vision (where you want to go), Strategic planning, including processes and systems, Scaling your business for growth, Identifying or reconnecting you to your purpose, Identifying target market and sales strategies, And much more.
🥇 What professional achievement are you most proud of?
I have been blessed to have many achievements in my business and life both big and small. One that comes to mind is having 3 clients in a sixth month period surpass their goals in half the time we set for them, by sticking to the processes we set up for their business.
💵 Who taught you the most about managing money and what’s the best money advice you ever received?
Money is always an interesting conversation as we all have many influences that drive our thought process around this topic. There is one specific thing that comes to mind for me, a TV show that hosted a money coach series and she had some of the best advice. It was simple and to the point, at least that’s how I perceived it. The best part was how to look at your income vs your expenses and the quickest ways to get rid of debt. To this day I still use everything I have learned and have incorporated it into my coaching. It still amazes me how so many people often look for more complicated ways to approach challenges, when often the simplest approach hits the home run.
🤔 How has social distancing changed the way you network and promote yourself and products?
Covid-19 has not had a huge impact on my business. I had structured my business to be mostly run online, because I also have International clients. I had the vision to set myself up so I can have International clients and work from anywhere in the world. I am able to perform all coaching on-line including, 5-hour sessions. As far as speaking goes it does affect attending events and income, but there is lots we can do on-line. I truly believe anything is possible, you just have to look a bit deeper.
🛡️ Do you have advice for someone who’s temporarily unemployed?
In times like this it is an opportunity to sit back and review what you are doing what your vision is for your business or career, and education. If you are like me, we get busy and keep putting off a course you would like to take, learn a new skill, advance an existing talent or skill. There are a lot of courses being offered for free, complementary coaching calls, videos, etc. I have a free webinar and more you can access to help you move forward.
💸 What’s your best tip for someone looking to stretch their dollar during a downturn?
We are always so busy with day to day work, that we often forgot what we have subscribed to and are paying for monthly. This a great time to review what you own, your memberships, etc. Take a look at what are you actually using and what you can get rid of? Also, is there another program out there now that may allow you to do many of the services you are paying for separately? When I did this about a year ago, I saved $500 monthly in fees alone. That makes a huge impact to your budget. It did for mine.
