This Program Bank Funds Transfer Authorization Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your pre-authorization and instruction for Fluz Fluz LLC (“Fluz”) to direct the transfer of funds held in your Fluz Cash Balance between any of Fluz’s partner banks where you hold an account. By agreeing to this Agreement, you authorize Fluz to facilitate such transfers, provided that certain preconditions are met, as outlined below:

1. Authorization for Funds Transfer

By agreeing to this Agreement, you are hereby pre-authorizing and instructing Fluz to direct the partner bank currently holding your funds (“Originating Bank”) to transfer your Fluz Cash Balance to another Fluz partner bank (“Receiving Bank”), subject to the following preconditions:

• Pre-Notification: You will be notified at least three (3) business days prior to any transfer. The notification will specify:
  • The name of the Receiving Bank where you hold an account to which your funds will be transferred.
  • Instructions on how to decline the transfer if you choose to do so.
• Right to Decline: You have the right to decline the transfer during the pre-notification period by notifying customer service at [email protected]. If you choose to decline, you may:
  • Withdraw your funds to a linked bank account.
  • Use your funds within the Fluz ecosystem.
• Digital Wallet Agreement: You have entered into a valid Digital Wallet Agreement with the Receiving Bank prior to the transfer.
• Purpose of Transfer: The transfer is being conducted to ensure the continued operation of Fluz services, optimize  platform operations, or improve your user experience.

2. Confirmation of Transfer

Upon completion of the transfer, Fluz will send you a confirmation notification, which will include:

• The amount of funds that were transferred.
• The name of the Receiving Bank where your funds are now held.

3. Continued Access and Functionality

This transfer will not restrict your access to funds or affect your ability to use Fluz products and services. You will retain full access to your funds throughout the process, and all virtual cards and other features tied to your Fluz account will remain fully operational.

4. Revocation of Authorization

You may revoke this authorization at any time by notifying Fluz Support in writing. However, revoking this authorization may impact the availability of certain features or services.

5. Additional Terms

This Agreement is supplemental to and operates in conjunction with the Fluz Digital Wallet Agreement and any other agreements related to Fluz products or services. In the event of a conflict, this Agreement governs matters related to your instructions for the transfer of funds between Fluz partner banks.

Fluz is not a money transmitter and does not provide money transmission services. All money transmission or banking services are provided by Fluz partner banks. In carrying out your instructions in this pre-authorization Fluz will not, at any time, receive, hold, access, or maintain your funds. Fluz will only provide your instructions between its partner banks on a pass-through basis.
