Unfortunately, your gift card balances can’t be checked through Fluz. But you can, however, just visit the retailer’s gift card balance page to check your gift card  balance.

Once you purchase your gift card, it is yours forever. You can use all of your Fluz balance right away, or save some for later.

Each retailer handles refunds differently.  Some gift cards add the funds to your account balance with that retailer. In that case, when you refund, the funds will be added back into your account with that store.  With other stores, the money will be sent to you in a new gift card.  And some will post the refunds back onto the same gift card.  Please check with the retailer at the time of receiving the refund.
