FAQs

Does Fluz store my payment information?

No.  Fluz only receives a token to transact with your funding sources.  We do not directly store any payment information.

How will I know which category a store gift card will code as?

On the merchant page, look for the call out that will tell you which category a merchant will code as.

What is a primary payment method, back up payment method and preferred payment method?

Primary is the default payment method that will be used on every transaction.  Back up payment is what we charge in the event that there is an issue pulling funds from your bank account.  The preferred payment method is category specific. This will only work on credit cards.

What types of funding sources can be a primary payment method?

Only bank accounts can be a default payment method.

What types of funding sources can be a backup payment method?

Only credit or debit cards.  We do not allow Bank Accounts, PayPal accounts or Prepaid cards as back up payment methods.

How can I proceed if a certain payment method is not available on a certain offer?

Use the payment method you want to use to fund your offer.
