Ad agencies

Every client’s money. Separate, organized, one click away.

Any client gets an account with its own account and routing numbers. No branch, no paperwork. Payments land there, cards spend from it, QuickBooks stays in sync. Plus cash back on the media you buy.

More clients shouldn't mean more money to untangle.

A separate account per client used to mean a branch visit and a stack of paperwork. On Fluz, accounts are created, not applied for, and everything downstream stays connected.

Issue cards tied to that client’s funds

Each card pulls from its client's account and carries the exact cardholder name and billing address the ad platform expects, which means fewer declines and cash back as it spends.

Each buyer gets just their cards

Issue each media buyer their own card with the rules built in: platform locks, spending limits, role-based access. They get access to their campaigns, not your entire operation.

Month-end is already done

Every charge carries its memo, category, and billable tag. Each maps to its client, card, and campaign, then syncs to QuickBooks. Client invoices come straight from the ledger, not a rebuilt spreadsheet.

Cashback

Earn cashback on media you were buying anyway.

Ad spend is the biggest line you manage. Fluz turns that required spend into instant cashback that drops straight to your margin. See terms

Withdraw to your personal bank, tax-free
Move your cashback to your own bank account whenever you like.
Earn real cash instantly, not points
Cashback lands the moment a purchase clears. No points math, no redemption windows.
Increase margin on every dollar of ad spend
Required media spend comes back as pure margin on the books.

Questions, answered.

How do clients pay into their spend account?
Every spend account has its own virtual account and routing numbers. Nickname the account after your client, share those details with them, and they wire payment directly in. Funds land already assigned to that client's campaigns, ready to spend.
Can I use Fluz cards on major ad platforms?
Yes. Fluz cards are issued through our partner-bank network and work anywhere cards are accepted, including the major social, search, and programmatic platforms.
What happens if an ad platform flags a card?
Because every billing profile has its own card, a flag stays contained. Freeze the card, create a replacement with the same billing details, and the rest of your campaigns keep running.
Are there international transaction fees?
No international transaction fees. Run campaigns on overseas platforms and pay in other currencies without an added percentage on each charge.
How does the QuickBooks sync handle client billing?
Every charge carries its memo, category, and billable tag, and syncs to QuickBooks automatically, so client invoices come straight from the ledger instead of a spreadsheet you rebuilt at month-end.
How fast can I get set up?
Minutes, not weeks. Connect QuickBooks, set up your funding sources, add a spend account per client, invite your people, and create cards for each. From there, share each account's routing details with its client and you're taking payments.

Your next client already has an account waiting.

Create their account, share the routing details, and run campaigns from day one. Set up in minutes.

Cashback terms

Instant cashback of 1.5% applies to eligible merchants as detailed in the Terms of Service; some merchant exclusions may apply. All other purchases at non-eligible merchants earn 0% cashback.

International transaction fees

Fluz does not add an international transaction fee — a percentage some card programs apply to purchases processed outside the United States or settled in a non-USD currency. This is distinct from a foreign transaction fee charged by a traditional bank card. Network currency-conversion rates set by the card network still apply. Final terms are governed by the Terms of Service.
