What you will do

• Take ownership of new client accounts after handoff from Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition and onboarding process
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess client usage, identify opportunities, and recommend updates or solutions
• Keep clients informed on new deals, product updates, and opportunities to maximize value
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, bridging communication with Customer Support to resolve issues efficiently
• Build strong, trust-based relationships that encourage long-term partnerships and client referrals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative approach to client management
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
• Strong negotiation skills, focused on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes
• Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently
• In-depth understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes
• Creative problem-solving abilities, thriving under pressure to deliver effective solutions
• Nice-to-have skills: presentation skills and cross-selling abilities
