We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to support our growing team. This role will work across key areas of HR & People Operations including onboarding, benefits, policy development, employee engagement, and recruiting to ensure we’re building a compliant, people-first workplace that scales with the company’s goals.

What you will do

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including training coordination, systems access, and documentation
• Help maintain employee records, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations across multiple states and countries.
• Support benefits administration including health insurance, wellness perks, and employee inquiries
• Assist with payroll coordination and ensure accuracy across tools like Justworks and Remote.
• Support performance appraisal processes and assist with performance improvement plans.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement activities.
• Support the recruitment process by helping with job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficient in HR software and tools, with the ability to manage data and generate reports.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, training and development
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
