We are looking for a Information Security Specialist responsible for managing access permissions, overseeing third-party access, and ensuring compliance with SOC 2 standards. This role involves day-to-day operations in maintaining system security for our 100-person organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage user access levels and permissions for internal systems.
• Monitor and govern third-party access to our systems.
• Ensure compliance with SOC 2 standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate on incident response and maintain security records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in information security and access management.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
• Smart, detail-oriented, and security-focused.
• Collaborative team player.
• Adaptable to evolving security landscapes.
