We are looking for a VP of Sales to help grow our base of leadership. This is an incredible opportunity for those of you who are looking for unlimited earning potential. What you will do

• Identify existing leadership in Network Marketing to on board them into the Fluz program
• Oversee strategy and execution of sales initiatives including recruitment, leadership development and program management
• Participate and build field marketing initiatives with leadership
• Gain a deep understanding of the organization’s capabilities to help develop and articulate a compelling value proposition to new potential leaders
• Proactively target and develop relationships with key industry sales leaders
• Attend industry conferences and networking opportunities to build leadership
• Build a sales organization and follow up with their ongoing performance

Technical Requirements

• Experience with other direct selling/network marketing companies such as Amway, Avon, Herbalife, Natura Cosmetics, Doterra, Mary Kay, Nu Skin, Forever Living, Melaleuca, Primerica, Young Living, etc.
• Experience leading (and winning) new sales
• Thrives in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
• Ambitious, hungry, self-starter with a passion for collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Strong sense of urgency in a professional setting
