We are looking for a candidate to come in and drive growth with the merchant relations. The ideal candidate is an obsessive go-getter and leader who has experience in business development and sales. We are looking for someone who has built out their own sales organization. The successful candidate must be a strong leader able to drive follow through across the business.

What you will do

• Maintain an ongoing understanding of the business and relevant needs as the business continues to develop
• Support the development of Fluz value proposition to key merchants
• Launch strategic partnerships with gift card distributors
• Help secure direct purchasing relationships with merchants
• Help launch the merchant sponsored placement program within Fluz
• Support Fluz internal product and organizational development as needed for retailer on boarding and growth
• Make strategic introductions to key gift card decision makers at retailers
• Lead direct pitches with key merchants

Technical Requirements

• Experience and relationships within the gift card industry
• Experience working with national retailers on marketing campaigns
• Experience leading (and winning) new sales processes
• Thrives in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
• Ambitious, hungry, self-starter with a passion for collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with a CRM like Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or other system.
• Strong sense of urgency in a professional setting
