Fluz is looking for a paid ads specialist to manage social media Ads. The position will help implement and manage the day to day activities for managing successful paid ad campaigns in Google, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok. The paid ads specialist creates initiatives to reach the goals and success of paid advertising campaigns.

What you will do

• Developing and implementing a plan for paid advertising campaigns.
• Manage paid social media campaigns including building campaigns from scratch, optimizing and making daily adjustments as necessary.
• Define, measure, and evaluate CACs across various campaigns and channels
• Direct content team to develop banners for paid placements
• Creating and managing search engine marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring and analyzing web analytics and campaign performance.
• Defining campaign budgets, aligning campaign goals, and ensuring adherence to search optimization principles.
• Identifying and presenting new avenues of paid advertising.
• Ensuring a positive ROI on spending and ad campaigning
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.

Technical Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, information technology, or digital marketing.
• At least two years experience as a paid ads manager or equivalent.
• Data and web metrics analytical skills.
• Strong eye for visuals and organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset and a team player.
• Passionate about advertising and search marketing.
• Driven to achieve results and make an impact.
