Instant Delivery
When you buy a gift card from Fluz, it will be delivered digitally to your Fluz account. You can access the gift card in the My Cards section of your Fluz account.
A Gametime digital gift card is just like a physical gift card, but all the information you need to make a purchase is delivered digitally in your Fluz account.
Anyone who creates a Fluz account can purchase a gift card.
If you’d like to share your gift card with someone else, you can share your gift card details with them. (Coming soon! We are working on a way for you to send gift cards directly to your friends on Fluz.)
Payment methods depend on the merchant you’re shopping at. Generally, you can use a credit card, debit card, Fluz balance, or ACH bank account and you'll be charged instantly as you make the gift card purchase.

Digital gift cards exist online, so there are no shipping fees or restrictions related to them. Once you purchase the gift card from Fluz, you will immediately get the gift card ID so that you can use it to purchase at the store.

Fluz uses a 4-digit PIN and if enabled, device biometrics, to keep your info safe. Please keep your card details safe and contact the Fluz support team in the Fluz app if you need assistance.
All gift cards sold on Fluz are subject to merchant-specific terms and conditions, but typically cancellations would happen due to delivery or inventory issues. The balance usually goes back to the original payment method or to a new gift card issued by the merchant.
When you make a return, the funds will be refunded to a gift card with that merchant.
We recommend treating your digital gift card with the same care as a physical card. Keep it secure and avoid sharing it publicly.
