If you are using a physical gift card, both a 15-digit Gift Card number and a 3- to 4-digit CID number are located on the back of your card. You may have to scratch off a silver film to reveal both numbers. If you are using an E-Gift Card (received by email), the Gift Card number may be displayed as a single 18- to 19-digit number. Enter the first 15 digits into the Card Number field and the remaining 3- to 4- digits into the CID Number field.

All gift cards sold on Fluz are subject to merchant-specific terms and conditions, but typically cancellations would happen due to delivery or inventory issues. The balance usually goes back to the original payment method or to a new gift card issued by the merchant.
When you make a return, the funds will be refunded to a gift card with that merchant.
