Please inform the cashiers that you will be paying with a DIGITAL CVS GIFT CARD. Please tell the cashiers that you will be using a CVS digital gift card, and to press the 'GREEN GIFT/MONEY CARD' button then to scan the barcode on your phone. Alternatively, they can manually enter the card number and the pin associated with the gift card.

During checkout, show your gift card barcode and PIN. The cashier will scan your barcode and enter the PIN.

Your gift card balance will be deducted from the total.
Troubleshooting

Avoid using the self checkout and go to the cashier in person.

Adjust screen brightness. Clean screen for the scanner to scan clearly.

Note to your cashier that they should select the GREEN 'Gift / Money Card' button options instead of the grey one.

If your cashier is still having issues, request the manager, who will be able to resolve most payment issues..

Your purchased gift cards are located in your app. Go to the Menu button on the top right, then click 'past purchases'.

Once you've used the gift card, it is best to update your remaining balance in the Fluz App. This will help you keep track of your gift cards.
