How to use a gift card at FS Cut & Color

In-Store

    Visit a participating FS Cut & Color (Fantastic Sams) salon location in the United States. Gift Cards are redeemable only in the US, only at participating locations.

    Receive your salon service and/or select retail products.

  3. 3

    At checkout, present your physical or digital Gift Card to the salon team.

  4. 4

    The salon applies your Gift Card balance to the total (service, retail, and gratuity, at that salon's discretion).

  5. 5

    If the purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, pay the difference at the time of purchase using another accepted payment method.

  6. 6

    Retain your receipt showing the amount applied and any remaining balance. Gift Cards do not expire and carry no dormancy/inactivity fees, so unused balance stays available for future visits.

All gift cards sold on Fluz are subject to merchant-specific terms and conditions, but typically cancellations would happen due to delivery or inventory issues. The balance usually goes back to the original payment method or to a new gift card issued by the merchant.
When you make a return, the funds will be refunded to a gift card with that merchant.
