How is my cashback calculated?
Cashback is based on the final captured amount charged to your Fluz Virtual Card. This may include tips and fees if they're part of the final amount. Pending or pre-authorizations don't count. When paying at restaurants (or other places where tipping is common), an extra 20% may be temporarily added to the authorized amount to account for the tip. Please note that your cashback will be calculated based on the final captured transaction amount after any adjustments, not the initial authorization.
When will I receive cashback?
Cashback usually appears right after your transaction, but may take up to 10 business days.
Do I need a Fluz Virtual Card?
Yes. Cashback is earned only when paying with a Fluz Virtual Card via Apple Pay or Google Pay.
What is a Hard Rock Cafe digital gift card?
A Hard Rock Cafe digital gift card is just like a physical gift card, but all the information you need to make a purchase is delivered digitally in your Fluz account.
Who can purchase Hard Rock Cafe digital gift cards from Fluz?
Anyone who creates a Fluz account can purchase a gift card.
Can I buy gift cards from Fluz and have them sent to someone else?
If you’d like to share your gift card with someone else, you can share your gift card details with them. (Coming soon! We are working on a way for you to send gift cards directly to your friends on Fluz.)
What payment methods can I use and when am I charged for a gift card from Fluz?
Payment methods depend on the merchant you’re shopping at. Generally, you can use a credit card, debit card, Fluz balance, or ACH bank account and you'll be charged instantly as you make the gift card purchase.
Are there any fees associated with a Hard Rock Cafe digital gift card?
No. Fluz does not charge any fees to purchase a gift card.

Are there shipping restrictions for digital gift cards from Fluz?
Digital gift cards exist online, so there are no shipping fees or restrictions related to them. Once you purchase the gift card from Fluz, you will immediately get the gift card ID so that you can use it to purchase at the store.

I made a purchase with my digital gift card on Fluz and it was cancelled. What do I do?
All gift cards sold on Fluz are subject to merchant-specific terms and conditions, but typically cancellations would happen due to delivery or inventory issues. The balance usually goes back to the original payment method or to a new gift card issued by the merchant.
What if I need to make a return for something I purchase using a gift card?
When you make a return, the funds will be refunded to a gift card with that merchant.
What if someone makes a copy of my printed digital gift card?
We recommend treating your digital gift card with the same care as a physical card. Keep it secure and avoid sharing it publicly.
