How is my cashback calculated?

When paying at restaurants (or other places where tipping is common), an extra 20% may be temporarily added to the authorized amount to account for the tip. Please note that your cashback will be calculated based on the final captured transaction amount after any adjustments, not the initial authorization.
When will I receive cashback?
Cashback usually appears right after your transaction, but may take up to 10 business days.
Do I need a Fluz Virtual Card?
Yes. Cashback is earned only when paying with a Fluz Virtual Card via Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Where can I use my Fluz Virtual Card, and how do I pay?
Anywhere Mastercard/Visa is accepted, including online and in-store via Apple Pay or Google Pay. If asked, Fluz virtual cards use the same PIN as your Fluz account.
How is my card funded, what are the limits, and when am I charged?
You can fund purchases with your Fluz balance or a linked bank account. You can set a card limit when generating a card, but you're only charged for the amount you actually spend.
