Komodo Loco is a non-traditional Japanese restaurant that features dishes that derive their flavors from both Asian and Latin cooking techniques. Asian and Latin flavors are natural cooking partners. Some would call us fusion but we don't want to be too gimmicky. Instead, we want to provide fun, fresh cuisine that tastes amazing, is unique and ultimately is not too fussy. Generally speaking, we like it when a touch of one cuisine is able to lift up another. Most of our menu is Tapas style and easily shareable.
