Peru is renowned for its cuisine and rightly so. Immigrants from Europe, Asia and Africa all came to Peru with their own style of cooking and fused it with traditional flavors to create some of the most exciting and delicious food in the world. We love sharing our culture to the people. It's a passion for us. To keep the food as authentic as possible, we import certain essential ingredients from Peru. There is no substitute for Peruvian peppers and corn, which is why we doesn't use American substitutes.
