The Mandarin Oriental Gift Card is redeemable against direct hotel charges at Mandarin Oriental hotels and resorts participating at time of redemption and may not be used as an advance deposit for future services. Please note that the Mandarin Oriental Gift Card may not be used at certain outsourced facilities at participating properties. The Mandarin Oriental Gift Card may be purchased online in USD, HKD, GBP, EUR, CHF, QAR and SGD. At participating Mandarin Oriental hotels and resorts, Gift Cards may be purchased in U.S. dollars, or in local currency where offered. When a Mandarin Oriental Gift Card is redeemed at a hotel or resort where the local currency is other than the currency in which the card was issued, the daily market exchange rate is used for cross currency exchange inclusive of a 4% cross currency exchange fee. Mandarin Oriental Gift Cards are not refundable and may not be exchanged for cash unless required by law. Mandarin Oriental Gift Cards have no value unless redeemed. Guest charges in excess of the Mandarin Oriental Gift Card's balance may be settled with cash or major credit card. Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is not responsible for Mandarin Oriental Gift Cards which are lost, stolen or destroyed. In order to protect the gift card balance, you may register your Mandarin Oriental Gift Card and follow the reporting procedures set forth on our website when a Mandarin Oriental Gift Card has been lost or stolen. Until the reporting procedure has been followed, any use of the Mandarin Oriental Gift Card is at your risk. Following proper reporting of a lost or stolen card, the existing balance of the Mandarin Oriental Gift Card will be frozen and a replacement card will be issued for that amount. We reserve the right to cancel a Mandarin Oriental Gift Card if we believe that the card was obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means. By registering your Mandarin Oriental Gift Card, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purpose of providing to Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group the necessary information to register your Mandarin Oriental Gift Card and enable you to benefit from the registration service.
