You cannot purchase a Gift Card with another Gift Card or make any donations with a Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional, or commercial purposes. Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-returnable, cannot be cancelled, and are not redeemable for cash except if required by law. We cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Cards. You are responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card from unauthorized use. Tumi will not be responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. Tumi is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Cards; however, products paid for with a Gift Card will be charged applicable sales tax. If a purchase exceeds the balance on your Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. You cannot purchase more than $10,000 worth of Gift Cards in one day. Physical Gift cards can be redeemed online at TUMI.com or at physical TUMI U.S, retail stores only. They cannot be redeemed at other stores that sell TUMI (e.g., department stores). Electronic Gift Cards can only be purchased on Tumi.com and used in Tumi full price and outlet retail stores in the U.S. and on Tumi.com. The maximum amount that can be placed on an Electronic Gift Card is $2,000. For Electronic Gift Cards, please be careful when entering the recipient’s email address as Tumi cannot cancel the Electronic Gift Card once sent to the recipient. If you violate these Gift Card Terms and Conditions, or we suspect or believe that any Gift Card was obtained, used, or applied to a purchase fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these Gift Card Terms and Conditions, or use any Gift Card in a manner that we suspect or believe is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to Tumi, its affiliates, or its customers, we reserve the right, without notice to you, to cancel, hold, void, or refuse to accept such Gift Cards without a refund, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment. Tumi reserves the right to make changes to these Gift Card Terms and Conditions, at any time without notice, from time to time at Tumi’s sole discretion. All Gift Card Terms and Conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these Gift Card Terms and Conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term and condition shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining Gift Card Terms and Conditions.
