It is not redeemable for cash except as required by law. It is not a credit or debit card. Please safeguard your Card. It will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen or used without authorization. Sea World of Florida LLC, “SeaWorld”, is the Card issuer and the sole obligor to the Card owner. SeaWorld may delegate its issuer obligations to an assignee, without recourse. If delegated, the assignee, and not SeaWorld, will be sole obligor to Card owner. Purchase, use or acceptance of Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms. For balance inquiries or customer service, call 1-855-620-5750. For online balance inquiries, visit www.seaworldentertainment.com/giftcard-balance. If using a gift card as a form of payment online, only one gift card can be used per transaction. Not redeemable at arcades, games, 3rd party vendors, towards annual passes that have a contract attached or towards vacation packages.

Fluz uses a 4-digit PIN and if enabled, device biometrics, to keep your info safe. Please keep your card details safe and contact the Fluz support team in the Fluz app if you need assistance.
All gift cards sold on Fluz are subject to merchant-specific terms and conditions, but typically cancellations would happen due to delivery or inventory issues. The balance usually goes back to the original payment method or to a new gift card issued by the merchant.
When you make a return, the funds will be refunded to a gift card with that merchant.
