This card is not redeemable for cash or credit, except where required by law, and cannot be used at third-party retailers or international ZWILLING websites. Treat this card like cash, as lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced. The card carries no expiration date and no service or inactivity fees. If your purchase exceeds the card’s value, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method. This card cannot be reloaded or resold without the issuer’s consent. All gift cards sold on Fluz are subject to merchant-specific terms and conditions, but typically cancellations would happen due to delivery or inventory issues. The balance usually goes back to the original payment method or to a new gift card issued by the merchant.
When you make a return, the funds will be refunded to a gift card with that merchant.
