How do I find my power sidekick?

Every verified business account should have a sidekick. An introductory email should have been sent to you by your sidekick. If you have not been notified who your sidekick is or just can’t seem to remember, simply contact us (link to contact form). We will put you back in touch with your sidekick.

How much does it cost to have a sidekick?

It’s free. There is no cost to have a sidekick. There is no cost to spend more time with them. They are here solely to help you.

How often can I contact my sidekick?

You can text, whatsapp, email, or call your sidekick as often as you would like.

When do I contact support and when do i contact my sidekick?

While your Sidekick will always be there to assist you, our Customer Support Team or “Champs”, as we like to call them, may be able to help you more promptly on cases like technical issues, transaction history and charges.

Can I change my sidekick?

Yes. Please just reach out to the general support team and ask for us to reassign you a new sidekick. We will have a new sidekick assigned to your account within a week.
