Fluz introduces bill pay

That’s why we’re thrilled to launch Fluz bill pay. With bill pay, you can pay your bills directly through the app and even use your Fluz balance to cover your bills.

Managing bills across multiple vendors

Who doesn’t love getting a new bill? Well, maybe everyone, but that doesn’t mean the payment experience needs to be a headache as well. From navigating multiple vendors, due dates, and payment platforms, our team saw several areas of opportunity when it came to paying bills. And for Fluz users, a common pain point was not being able to use their Fluz balance to cover these expenses. Instead, a user would have to transfer their Fluz balance to another account just to pay a bill, adding another item on their to-do list. We knew there had to be a better way.

Recognizing how frustrating this landscape is, Fluz set out to create a feature that would alleviate many of these pain points while maximizing the value of your Fluz account. After gathering valuable feedback from our users, we developed the new Fluz bill pay feature, a streamlined way to pay bills directly in the app. Our goal was to design a solution that would enhance the user experience by providing a more direct, seamless, and efficient bill payment process.
