The Fluz Rewards Status Program (“Rewards Status”) is designed to reward eligible users for their activity on Fluz. These terms explain how Rewards Status works and what you can expect as a participant.

By participating in Rewards Status, you agree to these Program Terms.

1. Program Overview

Rewards Status is a tiered program that unlocks certain benefits based on your qualifying activity on Fluz. Your status and benefits may differ between your Personal and Business accounts and are tracked separately.
Rewards Status is not guaranteed and does not have cash value.

2. Earning and Maintaining Status

Rewards Status is earned based on qualifying activity, which may include spend volume, payment method usage, or other engagement criteria determined by Fluz.

• Not all transactions qualify toward Rewards Status.
  
• Certain merchants, payment methods, or transaction types may be excluded.
  
• Status qualification thresholds and calculation methods may change over time.

Status is typically earned for a defined period (such as a calendar year), unless otherwise stated.

3. Rewards Status Benefits

Each Rewards Status tier may include different benefits, such as enhanced cashback rates, access to special offers, or other perks.

Please note:

• Benefits may vary by merchant, payment method, account type, or availability.
  
• Not all benefits apply to every transaction.
  
• Benefits are not guaranteed and may be limited in quantity or duration.
  
• Some benefits may be funded or supported by third-party partners.

4. Changes to the Program

Fluz may modify, suspend, or discontinue Rewards Status, any tier, or any associated benefit at any time.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Changes to earning criteria
  
• Changes to available benefits
  
• Changes to status qualification periods
  

Changes may occur without prior notice.

5. Misuse and Abuse

Fluz reserves the right to adjust, withhold, or revoke Rewards Status or related benefits if we believe there has been misuse, abuse, fraud, or activity intended to circumvent program rules.
This includes activity that violates Fluz’s Terms of Service or applicable laws.

6. No Transfer or Cash Value

Rewards Status and its benefits:

• Have no cash value
  
• Are non-transferable
  

May not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash

7. General Terms

Rewards Status is governed by and subject to Fluz’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any applicable promotional terms and conditions.
All determinations made by Fluz regarding Rewards Status eligibility, calculation, qualification, and associated benefits are final, binding, and at Flex’s sole discretion.
