Introducing Virtual Account Numbers. Money in. Already organized.

Every spend account gets its own account and routing details. Share them with a client, vendor, or payroll provider, and money arrives by ACH or domestic wire directly into the account you set up for that exact purpose.

Spend accounts gave every dollar on Fluz a purpose — a dedicated balance per client, vendor, project, or budget. Virtual Account Numbers complete the picture on the way in. Each eligible spend account now carries its own account and routing numbers, so anyone can send you money by ACH or domestic wire and it lands directly in the account you created for them. No shared pool, no sorting afterward. Money arrives already assigned.

Every spend account gets its own bank details

Until now, receiving money meant funding your balance yourself, then moving it where it belonged. Virtual Account Numbers flip that. Open the account details on an eligible spend account and you'll find a real account number and routing number, issued through our partner-bank network, that belong to that account alone.

Create a spend account in a few clicks, give it a nickname that matches its job — a client name, a vendor, a campaign, a property — and it's ready to receive. Whoever pays you sends funds the same way they'd pay any bank account.

Money arrives already organized

Share your account and routing details, and the sender does the rest. Funds sent to a Virtual Account Number are reflected in the linked spend account, segmented by the use case you set up — so the organizing work happens before the money even lands.

  • ACH transfers. Clients, platforms, and payers can send standard ACH credits straight to your account details — including payroll direct deposit.
  • Domestic wires. The same details accept incoming domestic wire transfers, for the payers who move money that way.
  • One account per relationship. A retainer from Client A, a payout from a marketplace, rent from a tenant — each lands in its own named account, never tangled together.

Availability timing can vary by payment rail and account settings, and every deposit shows up in your activity feed with its status the moment it's received — so you always know what's arrived and what's clearing.

Share your details in seconds

Your account details live right in the spend account, with copy-to-clipboard for the routing and account numbers. And when a client, employer, or accounting team needs paperwork instead of a screenshot, Fluz generates it for you.

  • Transfer details document. A ready-to-send PDF with everything a sender needs to route ACH transfers and domestic wires to your account.
  • Account status letter. An official letter confirming your banking details, with an optional balance confirmation.
  • Direct deposit form. A pre-filled payroll form to deposit your paycheck — in full, a fixed amount, or a percentage — into the spend account you choose.

Security that runs deep

Account numbers are never stored in the clear — they're tokenized at rest, masked in the app, and every full reveal happens behind a verification step and is logged. Incoming activity is verified, checked for duplicates, and recorded end to end before a cent is posted. Funds are held with our regulated partner banks.

Debit (1)

You also decide whether money can leave through your account details. Every account has a debit toggle: leave it on and billers can pull payments the way they would from any bank account, or switch it off and debit attempts against your account are declined. Sharing your details for getting paid never has to mean opening the door the other way.

It's a bank account's front door with Fluz's guardrails behind it.

Built for the way money actually reaches you

Virtual Account Numbers turn "send me the money and I'll sort it out" into "send it here — it's already sorted."

  • Agencies and client work. A dedicated account per client, so retainers and campaign budgets arrive assigned to the client from day one. See how ad agencies run on Fluz.
  • Freelancers and contractors. Get paid by ACH or wire per client or project, with clean records when invoicing time comes.
  • Vendors and marketplaces. Give each payout source its own destination, and reconcile by account instead of by memory.
  • Personal organization. Point your paycheck, a side income, or shared expenses at the account you budgeted for them.

Your account details are waiting

Virtual Account Numbers are rolling out now for eligible spend accounts. Open a spend account, grab its details, and let the next payment land exactly where it belongs.
