We are looking for someone to maintain the company books through Quickbooks online. This candidate will need book keeping experience, attention to detail and a passion for start ups.

We are looking for someone who has experience in a retail and/or Ecommerce business. This position will require you to keep accurate track of all transactions within our business.

What you will do

• Recording all transactions in company general ledger
• Working with our CPA to review reconciliations
• Working with executive teams to prepare monthly financial statements
• Working with executive team to maintain and update company forecasts
• Supporting executive team with planning, organization and scheduling

Technical Requirements

• Experience using Quick Books
• Strong Microsoft Excel abilities
• Experience in either a retail or ecommerce business in the book keeping function
• Extremely detail oriented and structured
• Entrepreneurial mindset with abilities to problem solve
• Passion for quality systems, efficiency and innovation
• Education – Bachelors Degree
• Tech Savvy
